What our sign-in form asks for

Open the sign-in page and you'll find two fields. Enter the mobile number you registered with JazzCash or Easypaisa, or your email address, then your password. If you asked for a one-time code, we send it to that same number within seconds and you type the six digits to finish. Three wrong passwords pause the attempt for a few minutes instead of

locking you out. The whole form runs on an encrypted connection, and we never ask for your wallet PIN, card number or bank credentials here.

PAYMENT RAILS ON FILE

Accepted payment context for your account

The payment rails on your account are the ones you chose at registration, and they stay listed in your profile once you are signed in. JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay...

SUPPORT CHANNELS

Getting back into your account

If you cannot get in, our desk works around Pakistan hours, seven days a week. Chat is staffed from morning until late evening, email answers land inside a working day, and both channels can reset a forgotten password or trace a payment reference.

Team online

Live chat

Open the chat window from the help tab once signed in, or from the sign-in page if you are locked out. Agents reply in English or Urdu within minutes.

Email desk

Write to our support address with your registered mobile number and the time you tried to sign in. Replies usually land inside one working day, with the steps to restore access.

WhatsApp line

Our WhatsApp line handles quick questions about one-time codes, frozen sessions and password resets during desk hours. Send a screenshot so an agent can match it to your account.

DATA AND SECURITY

How we look after your account data

Your account sits behind an encrypted connection, and every session carries its own token, so signing out on a shared phone ends that session for good. Passwords stay hashed, unfamiliar devices are...

Hashed passwords

We never keep your password in readable form. What we store is a hash, so no internal query on the account can show the characters you typed at sign-in.

One-time codes

Codes are generated the moment you ask, tied to your registered number, and they expire within minutes. Never reuse an old one; request a fresh code from the same screen.

New device checks

A sign-in from a phone or browser we have not seen before asks for an extra code. You can approve it once, then remove the mark later from your profile.

Readable history

Every deposit, withdrawal and game round appears in your history with a timestamp. You see the same entries our team sees, which makes quoting a payment reference simple.

Session control

Signing out on one device leaves other sessions running, and you can end any session you no longer want from the security tab inside your profile at any time.

Local language

Interface text and support replies run in English for Pakistan, with Urdu available when you ask. Region rules apply where local law permits, and access stays limited to supported regions.

SIGN-IN CONSISTENCY

One sign-in across every device

Sign-in behaves the same whether you reach us from Chrome on a computer, Safari on an iPhone or the home-screen shortcut on Android. Fields sit in the same place, the code arrives...

01

Phone browser

Chrome and Safari on your phone load the same form you would see anywhere else. Autofill fills your saved number, and the code box sits directly beneath the number field.

02

Home-screen app

Add us to your home screen and the session behaves like a native app. The keyboard opens in number mode, and the code box keeps its place when the screen rotates.

03

Wide screens

On a wider screen the lobby, live tables and sportsbook tabs sit inside one window. You sign in once and switch between them without typing your password again.

04

Saved devices

Marking a device as recognised skips the code step next time you return from that phone. Unmark it whenever you like, and the change applies from your next sign-in.

05

Slow connections

On a weak signal the form keeps what you typed and retries rather than clearing the fields. If the page times out, you return with your number still filled.

06

Language setting

Language and currency follow your profile rather than the device, so the same account shows the same figures on every phone, tablet or computer you sign in from.

07

Sign-out behaviour

Tapping sign out clears the session token on that device only. Other sessions keep running until they expire, or until you close them yourself from the security tab.

What your login opens up

Past the sign-in screen you meet the account header first. It carries your balance, the chips for the lobby, live tables and sportsbook, and a shortcut...

Account header

Your balance, currency and profile shortcut sit in one fixed bar across every page. We keep it identical in the lobby, at the tables and in the sportsbook.

Lobby chips

Three chips route you from the account into the lobby, the live tables and the sportsbook. Your sign-in carries across all three, so no password is retyped.

History tab

A timestamped list of deposits, withdrawals and game rounds sits one tap from the header. Filter it by date and quote any reference when you contact support about a payment.

Profile panel

Your registered number, email, language and payment rails live in one panel you can open from the header. Change a number and the codes follow it from your next sign-in.

Saved games

Titles you open often sit in a short row under the header, so a return visit resumes where the last one ended. The row follows the account, not the handset.

Pending alerts

Anything waiting on you, such as an unapproved device or a withdrawal being checked, shows as a badge in the header. Tap it to open the step that needs finishing.

Sign-in questions we handle every week

Sign in with the mobile number you registered on that wallet. Add your password, then type the six-digit code we send to the same handset, usually within seconds of your request.

Tap the reset link under the form, confirm your registered number, and we send a one-time code. Enter it, choose a new password, and you are back in the account.

Codes usually reach a Pakistani handset within seconds, so check that your number is active and the message was not filtered. Request a fresh code rather than reusing an old one.

Yes. Mark the handset as recognised once and the code step is skipped on later visits from it. Remove the mark from your profile whenever you want the step back.

Change it straight away from the reset link, then end every other session from the security tab. If you spot a sign-in you do not recognise, tell our desk the time.

No. The fields, the code step and the tabs behave the same on a computer, a tablet and a phone. Only the layout changes, and your saved games follow the account.
